Cost Control with Increased Flow
A three-way temperature control valve from AMOT Controls features a 70% increase in flow capability which allows the use of a more cost effective smaller valve. The new valve also includes a ruggedised actuator for enhanced reliability.
Reducing unit weight and installation costs, the valve gives rapid and accurate regulation of fluid temperatures up to 100ºC, with a maximum flow rate of 3,000m 3/hr and low pressure drop compared to others of equivilant size. Unit height is up to 50% less affording greater flexibility in piping arrangements. It can be mounted in any orientation and the valve ports can be configured to suit the application.
An enhanced control system, a temperature sensor and electric, pneumatic or electro-pneumatic control systems are also offered for the valves which are suited for both mixing and diverting applications.
