Mobilis Clearly Visible at seawork
The French designer and manufacturer of navaids, Mobilis, returns for seawork2002 with a selection of their buoys, solar lights, mooring and anchoring systems, aluminium towers and lighthouses up to 30m in height.
An increase of contracts with ports, harbours, utility companies and scientific organisations has resulted in the creation of these new life cycle services. Over the last 12 months, Trinity House has secured new business with more than 20 customers, supplying services that include marine and environmental data collection, maintenance of aids to navigation, ship charter, rental of navigation buoys, emergency support, and the design & build of navigation systems.
Mobilis’ floats are constructed of flexible polyethylene for lightness, performance and the strength to be beached from river or sea. Computerised design provides ideal forms and mooring lines are adapted to the buoy’s behaviour.
