Marina Development Scheme on Clyde Estuary in Scotland

Temporary gates have been fitted and the dock has been drained to provide access for further engineering works. The roof has now been installed on the steel framework of the new office block which is positioned adjacent to the dry dock.

The project, at Gourock, is expected to create as many as 300 new berths built as part of a large scheme that also involves a residential and retail development. The project is being develop by Inverclyde Council, ferry operator Caledonian McBrayne, Network Rail, and Parkside Security Ltd (part of the well known developer Landmark), and could be completed in time for the 2006 season.
