Hyundai SeasAll launches new commercial engine ratings
Korean propulsion major Hyundai SeasAll has announced that new power ratings are available within both the 10 and 12.7 litre families of its ‘H’ and ‘L’ series engines.
The H10 series includes the H380 at 1800 rpm for heavy duty (S1) propulsion and the H350G for Prime Power generator use.
The L13 series includes the L500 at 1800 rpm and the new L530 at 2000 rpm, both rated heavy duty for propulsion use.
In addition, for genset use, the L500G is available for emergency use and the L460G is available for Prime Power.
According to SK Jeong, President and CEO, short term future plans call for expanding the L13 range to include additional models at 600hp @ 2,000 rpm for medium duty applications and next year the range will be extended to 700hp at 2,300 rpm for light duty use.
