Faithful Wessex returns with new Targa 32

This craft, freshly off the drawing board last autumn, is expected prove as dominant for Police & Fast Patrol roles as it’s forerunner, the evergreen 31. It has already received plaudits from all quarters and continues the unique reputation of Targa being nominated every year since inception in the annual IPC industry awards. And, including the 32 this year, Targa has won three years out of the six so far.

The new 32 can be configured for any commercial role and compliance to MCA requirements or Nordic Workboat Standard can easily be specified within any bespoke inventory.

This year represents another milestone furthering Targa’s established commercial credibility in Police roles, with the supply of the 12th Targa to London’s Metropolitan Police.

Due to take a leading role in the capital’s policing over the Olympics this summer. the latest 37 supplied was customised to meet the exacting and demanding multiplicity of duties required of the Met’s leading Command Vessel. It will help form part of a ‘ring of steel’ around London policed by a fleet of Targas.
