Eurospray Systems Ltd travels from Loughborough UK to make a first appearance at Seawork , where it will show the Wiwa Magnum high performance airless spray pump which has been designed for heavy duty environments and applications such as vessel building and repair yards.
The Wiwa Magnum’s unique design ensures a high degree of efficiency and resistance to the wear often experienced when applying high performance coatings. It is available in carbon and stainless steel with a variety of coating supply options (such as cart or wall mounted) with pressure ratios up to 71:1.
The Magnum’s high degree of durability makes it suitable for the most demanding applications, with the large surface coverage provided by its pump especially suitable for the shipbuilding and repair industries.
For the application of specialist plural coatings with short pot lifes, the Wiwa Duomix system is recommended, enabling even the most difficult coatings to be applied with minimal waste. Using an accurate proportioning system with mix ratios ranging from 1:1 up to 10:1 and pressure ratios of up to 75:1 available, the Duomix contributes to huge cost savings by minimising the waste of coating and solvent whilst also reducing labour and environmental control costs.
The Duomix is available in static or mobile platforms in bespoke design formats. All Wiwa equipment is backed by a team of engineers who can offer technical support and advice in addition to planned maintenance agreements through the Eurospray Service Club.
