Report reveals risks of North Sea crowding

Wind farm activity in the North Sea is growing rapidly (Peter Barker)

As more and more fixed and floating objects appear in European waters, the risk of shipping incidents is growing, the Dutch Safety Board has found.

Among other things, the Board is calling on other North Sea nations to put measures in place to mitigate the dangers.
