Echandia power for Singapore tug
Echandia has secured a contract to deliver a long-life battery system for a tug operating in Singapore, supporting national ambitions for vessel electrification.
The Swedish supplier of marine battery systems will provide a 3 MWh battery installation for a harbour tugboat, under an agreement signed with a major Singapore-based shipyard and shipowner.
