Allied and Maersk in training partnership
Aberdeen UK based offshore training provider Allied Training Services has entered a partnership with Maersk Training Aberdeen worth an estimated £100,000 over the next 12 months.
It will provide its accredited training services to the global energy industry, with Allied providing working at height and rigging and lifting training courses to Maersk’s customers. The company has also provided rope access, general safety and breathing apparatus training over the past year to Maersk.
Established in 2002, Allied Training Services Aberdeen provides a comprehensive range of health and safety training courses to the global energy and marine sectors.
Duncan Bonner, managing director of Maersk Training Aberdeen said, “Our main focus at Maersk Training Aberdeen is on emergency response, however where our customers require other training courses we go out and find experts such as Allied Training Services to partner with.”
Maersk Training is a global provider of specialist training to the offshore, maritime and wind power industries and is part of the A.P Moller – Maersk Group.
