Bond Dickinson reappointed to Crown Estate legal panel

The UK’s Crown Estate has announced that law firm Bond Dickinson has been reappointed to its legal panel after the conclusion of a competitive tender process.

Bond Dickinson will represent The Crown Estate across its coastal holdings in England, which includes around 50% of the foreshore and interests in ports, harbours, marinas and other commercial coastal developments.

The firm has been instructed for five years from April 2014, after which time a further review of requirements will be planned.
