In America, Louisiana based LA Carriers owner Russel Plaisance put a newbuild tug into operation at the end of last month. The new vessel, named Lady Loren, is the seventh vessel in the LA Carriers fleet and was built at Dickie Adam’ s Lockport Fabrication Inc in the same state.
