Orolia acquires Talen-X for GPS/GNSS threat mitigation
Orolia, the French-owned specialist in Resilient Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) solutions and parent company of McMurdo, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Talen-X, a U.S. technology innovator.
This transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals required by the U.S. Defense Security Service (DSS) and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
