Rosenxt UK Ltd has acquired selected assets and talent from Rovco Limited “Beam”, the subsea robotics and engineering firm which went into administration in May.

This strategic move enhances Rosenxt’s subsea capabilities, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the critical infrastructure and energy sectors. Beam’s capabilities will be integrated into the company’s broader subsea strategy, with a focus on growth in Aberdeen and Bristol.
