Halyard to Supply Advanced Exhaust Systems for New Mainprize Offshore Vessels Built by Strategic Marine

July 22, 2025 – Wimborne, UK  – Halyard (M&I) Ltd, the leading specialist in marine exhaust systems and noise control, is proud to announce its role in supplying complete exhaust solutions for the latest series of Supa‑Swath Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) being constructed by Strategic Marine in Singapore for Mainprize Offshore. 

Two Vessels of the current design are already in service with six more vessels to be completed by Q1 2026. This follows the supply of Halyard exhaust systems to all Mainprize CTV vessels in service worldwide.

The vessels are designed for high-performance operations in the offshore wind sector, and will be fitted with Halyard’s industry-leading exhaust systems, developed to support low backpressure and low noise levels

Supporting Cleaner, Quieter Offshore Operations
Each of the Supa‑Swath vessels will feature twin Caterpillar C32B engines, and Halyard is working in close collaboration with Strategic Marine and Mainprize Offshore to ensure optimal engine integration, minimal noise transfer, and compliance with the latest environmental regulations.
