Seawork Exhibitors will receive 1 parking permit each for free exhibitor parking - further details can be found in your exhibitor online manual. There will be a shuttle bus going to and from the exhibition for exhibitors.
Exhibitors will be able to park in our exhibitor car park on exhibition days with a valid permit. For any other vehicles we would suggest you park in the West Quay Podium or Multi Story Car park.
Parking here will cost as little as £5 per day - payable direct to West Quay - this is walking distance from the exhibition.
Please note we are also providing complimentary shuttle buses to/from local hotels - full details can be found in your exhibitor manuals.
Notes about exhibitor car parking:
- The exhibitor car park operates a number plate recognition system. Please ensure you advise the organisers of your vehicle registration number via your exhibitor online manual to avoid being charged for parking.
- New for 2022 - Exhibitors can book their own time slots for build up and break down via Voyage Control - these times must be adhered to.
