Mercator held Seawork Connect during the week 5-7 October to help business this autumn.

Seawork Connect welcomed engaging content from around the globe and produced a full conference programme, USV Applications in Commercial Marine, Hybrid & Electric Propulsion Solutions as well as the next in the successful CMN Commercial Marine Network Workboat 2050 series. Supporting associations also took a key part in Seawork Connect and presented their latest developments to a wider audience.

The platform also offers a clever AI based matchmaking system that paired interested visitors with the correct equipment or service providing exhibitor that suits their requirements.

COMMERCIAL MARINE NETWORK - GET SET FOR WORKBOAT 2050

The Commercial Marine Network, in partnership with Seawork and Maritime Journal, welcome you to the launch of Series 2 of ‘Get set for Workboat 2050’.

This first session in the second series will focus on ‘Vessel tracking & monitoring: Optimise your fleet and minimise carbon emissions with vessel tracking and monitoring technology.’ Join our panel of experts to learn how the latest technology can help you monitor and reduce both fuel consumption and harmful emissions.

THE WORKBOAT ASSOCIATION & BRITISH TUGOWNERS ASSOCIATION SAFETY FORUM

Join the British Tug Owners Association and Workboat Association as they explore improving MOB recovery from Small Commercial Vessels. Learn from some of the industry’s Operations and Safety leaders along with expert guests as they discuss, from experience, the key challenges and opportunities to the successful recovery of a person from the water.  Topics to be discussed include: practicality; preparations; equipment; manning/training; suitability; and some of the key messages. The session will also include the launch or a new ‘joint’ safety poster campaign.
